How To: Accept Top Applicants (For COMPANIES)

After reviewing and evaluating applicants, and messaging them to ensure alignment, you can accept your top applicants. You can accept applicants from within the GIG workspace or from your messages with them.

1. From your Dashboard, select “View Applicants” on the GIG or if you’re in the GIG Workspace select “Applicants” on the left hand side

   • Here you will see all people you have invited to the GIG, those that have applied, those you have messaged, and those you have accepted

2. Click on the blue “Accept” button on the applicant you would like to admit into the GIG

1. From your messages with the applicant, simply click “Accept” in the top right corner

What Students Will See

Once you have accepted a student into the GIG, they will get an email notification telling them they have been accepted and prompting them to sign their contract.
