How To: Filter and Evaluate Applicants (For COMPANIES)

Once your GIG is live, you can review and evaluate applicants following these 3 steps. 

1. From your Dashboard, select “View Applicants” on the GIG or if you’re in the GIG Workspace select “Applicants” on the left hand side

   1. Here you will see all people you have invited to the GIG, those that have applied, those you have messaged, and those you have accepted

2. View a student’s B\Card, profile, and answers to Interview Questions (IQ’s)

3. Mark them as a favorite, message them with any questions, hide their application, or accept them to the GIG

To better organize your applicants you can favorite them. Students will receive a notification once you have marked them as a favorite that looks like this:

Filtering Applicants

If you are looking for specific applicants you can filter by a variety of criteria including location, user engagement with the platform, applicants you marked as favorites, and more.

You can also search applicants by school, major, interests, and more.
