Barebells came to H\FC with a simple goal: get bars into students' hands. H\FC focused the program around sampling at scale with 25,000 products handed out through 100+ activations, reaching 15,000+ students in the fitness and Greek life communities where Barebells naturally belongs.
It clearly resonated with students, too. The Barebells Ambassador GIG became one of the Top 5 most applied-to GIGs in H\FC history, with 2.2K+ applicants.
🏫 Meeting Students in Their Element
Ambassadors embedded Barebells into events students were already showing up for:
Roy's Run Club (UT Austin): One of the run club members hosted a recovery activation, sampling 140+ bars to runners before leading a 5K.
Greek Village Brunch (USC): One ambassador hosted a Barebells pop-up, driving 100+ students with 190+ products sampled.
Greek Life and Student Orgs: Sororities, fraternities, dance teams, cheer squads, and student government drove trial across 15+ named organizations at Florida, SDSU, ASU, Miami, and more.
Fitness Integrations: From varsity teams to on-campus fitness clubs, Barebells reached students through thousands of in-person sampling interactions.

📲 Content Builds Credibility
The roster generated 391K impressions at a 4.13% average engagement rate - well above the 2.5% TikTok benchmark. The content that traveled furthest came from creators whose audiences already knew them for fitness. When the ambassador and the setting make sense together, the product feels like a natural fit.
