how do you balance being proactive with being reactive? Can you give an example of a time when you maintained your focus on planning and execution, even when things were moving quickly around you?
There was a time when I had to manage content for two different clients with overlapping deadlines. Even though things were moving quickly and there were last-minute changes, I stayed focused by breaking everything down into smaller tasks and time-blocking my day. This helped me stay on track and meet all the deadlines, despite the fast-paced environment.

I utilize a digital app to stay organized by documenting all tasks and deadlines. I structure my workload into time blocks, ensuring I allocate sufficient time for multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Two companies reached out to me with video posting requests, both of which had the same deadline. To ensure everything was completed to the highest standard, I remained flexible and implemented time blocking to effectively manage my schedule, allowing me to deliver all materials on time and ready for submission.
