What is your idea of an active day?
I am a college student-athlete, so I live a very active and fast paced life.
A day in my life will start by getting ready for school, having Psychology classes, go to the gym, work-study, and attend my NCAA golf practice.
Over the weekend I enjoy going on runs near the beach and playing 18 Holes.
