In a previous customer-facing role, a client was interested but hesitant. I followed up promptly, answered their questions, and stayed in touch until they were comfortable moving forward. Consistent communication helped close the sale and build trust.

I would focus on our product quality, reliable communication, and smooth ordering process. I’d learn the client’s needs, show how our merch helps them represent their organization, and highlight the value we provide from design to delivery.
