what is your attention to detail like?
At my current role as Senior Manager at AIESEC, I led a team responsible for managing outbound exchange programs. One of the biggest challenges was tracking hundreds of leads across stages — outreach, onboarding, documentation, and post-program feedback — while collaborating with multiple departments. In my work with AIESEC in Germany's audit and compliance team, accuracy became even more critical, as I helped track and report compliance data for over 30 chapters.
In all the roles I have held till now attention to details is most important skill I have learned and developed over time.
