Guide: Submitting Content

How to submit content when there is a task or not and resubmit edited content after revisions.

Submitting Content (For STUDENTS)

When you get accepted to a GIG and complete the deliverables, you should upload your content to the Workspace. 

✅ Uploading content to a task

  1. When in the GIG workspace, click on the Tasks tab in the top left corner.

  2. Click the task you would like to submit content to

  3. Click the blue “Upload Content” button

  4. Fill out all necessary fields to submit the content including:

    1. Content name

    2. Captions and comments

    3. The content itself

  5. Click “UPLOAD”

  6. The content will automatically populate as “PENDING” while waiting for company feedback

📲 Uploading content without a task

  1. When in the GIG workspace, click on the Content tab in the top left corner.

  2. Click the blue “Upload Content” button

  3. Fill out all necessary fields to submit the content including:

    1. Content name

    2. Captions and comments

    3. The content itself

  4. Click “UPLOAD”

  5. The content will automatically populate as “PENDING” while waiting for company feedback

✏️ Making edits to content

You will receive a notification if a company is asking for edits on your content. Content that requires edits will appear with a blue tag that says “EDITING.”

  1. Click into the content to see the company’s feedback.

  2. Make those edits to your content, and click “UPLOAD” on the content you would like to replace. 

  3. Click the red “ADD NEW VERSION” button to upload your edited content.

  4. Make edits to the caption and comments if needed.

  5. Click “SAVE”

  6. The content will return to “PENDING” while waiting for company feedback

😁 Approved content

Once a company has approved your content, you will get an email notification and when you go to the content tab the content will have a green tag that says “APPROVED.”

For content requiring posting, communicate with the company using the H\FC messenger to clarify if you need approval on the platform before posting to socials.
