I’d describe my experience using Bala Bangles as an easy, comfortable way to add light resistance to movement, making workouts feel more engaging and effective without disrupting the flow or feeling bulky.

Bala Bangles feel different from other workout equipment I’ve used because they’re much more lightweight, stylish, and easy to incorporate into everyday movement, rather than feeling like traditional gym weights.Most ankle or wrist weights I’ve used before tend to be bulky, quite rigid, and very “gym-focused,” whereas Bala Bangles feel more seamless and wearable. I like that they’re soft, comfortable, and don’t get in the way of the movement you’re doing, so you can wear them during Pilates, walking, or even at-home workouts without it feeling too intense or disruptive.For me, the main difference is that they encourage you to add resistance in a really subtle way, rather than making the workout feel heavy or overly structured. They also feel more aesthetic and intentional, which makes me more likely to actually use them consistently and incorporate them into content, rather than them just being another piece of equipment I’d only use occasionally.

I feel like this aligns really well with me personally. At uni, I’m lucky to be surrounded by loads of local flower parks and a racecourse with really nice sunset views, which is perfect for content. We often go there for picnics, which naturally feels very aesthetic and easy to film in a relaxed way. I’m also soon going on a trip to Paris, which I think will be an amazing opportunity to create even more content in a new environment and keep everything feeling fresh and engaging.
