What makes your voice or storytelling style unique?

My storytelling style is really natural and easy to follow. I focus on making things feel real, like you’re actually in the moment instead of just hearing about it. I’m also very expressive, and I use a lot of passion in my voice when I talk, so it doesn’t feel flat or monotone. I’m good at knowing what details matter and what doesn’t, so the story stays interesting without feeling dragged out. I also switch up my tone depending on the moment, so it keeps your attention. Overall, it just feels relatable and engaging without trying too hard.

What creators or brands do you think have really strong content right now?

Right now, I think the creators with the strongest content create videos where the editing and the aesthetic actually are the content, not just something added after. I like what Wisdom Kaye does. His videos feel super editorial, like everything is really clean and intentional. The pacing, transitions, and even how the shots are framed all feel strategically styled. And then I also like Quen Blackwell, but in a completely different way. Her edits are more chaotic, but it still feels curated. The zooms, quick cuts, and text all match her energy, so it doesn’t feel random, and viewers still understand what's going on. For brands, I think Jacquemus does this really well. Their content is minimal but very aesthetic, like strong visuals and simple captions, but everything feels cohesive. For me, what stands out is when text and captions feel like part of the design, like custom fonts, placement, and movement, instead of just basic subtitles. That’s something I try to bring into my own editing too.

What are your go-to editing techniques to make a video more engaging?

I like to first pull viewers in by putting the most interesting short clip at the beginning of the video. Smooth transitions and simple cuts really make the video seamless. Layering audio by using background music and sound effects. And I love using chic animated captions because they really put everything together.
