Do you track your sleep and steps?
Yes, I do. I track both my sleep and my steps because they help me stay aware of my overall health and daily activity. I aim for around 10,000 steps a day, and reaching that goal makes me feel accomplished, although I always try to do even more when I can. I also track my sleep closely since I struggle with an irregular sleep pattern. Monitoring it helps me understand when I need to rest more and improve my routine. Getting enough quality sleep is important for my energy, focus, and overall well-being, so I make sure to pay attention to it regularly.

What is your idea of an active day?
My idea of an active day starts with waking up early, taking care of my personal hygiene, and going outside to enjoy a quiet morning walk while watching the sunrise. I find this helps set a calm but productive tone for the rest of the day. After returning home, I like having a proper breakfast before doing light outdoor tasks such as sweeping the garden and watering the plants, which keeps me physically engaged and connected to my surroundings. An active day for me also includes self-care and productivity, like taking a shower, exercising, cooking meals, and cleaning the house. I enjoy balancing movement with responsibility because it keeps both my mind and body energized. On a more personal note, spending time with my cats is also part of my routine—they bring comfort and joy to my day. Overall, I consider a day active when I am productive, physically moving, and still finding time to care for myself and the things I love.

Are you a member of a sorority, fraternity, or campus club? If so, which?
Yes, I am. I have been part of several campus clubs throughout my high school years, which helped me develop my confidence, teamwork, and communication skills. These experiences allowed me to actively participate in different school activities and understand how organizations work in real settings. However, what I am truly passionate about is Public Communication. In every event and activity I was involved in, I often volunteered as a host because I find meaning in speaking to people and helping guide the flow of an event. Even if I am only able to connect with a few people at a time, I believe that making an impact on at least one person is already enough reason for me to continue. Through these experiences, I have learned how important it is to communicate clearly, engage an audience, and carry a sense of responsibility whenever I am given a platform to speak.
