<p>I attended a public high school with over 2,000 students. During my time in high school I took 16 AP credits and scored high on the exams. Since graduating in the top 10% of my class, I attend the University of Virginia. In my first year of college I have taken a variety of courses ranging from "Why we Hold Hands" to "Calculus" and "Microeconomics." My favorite class I took last semester was "Pandemic Economics." During our 3 hour discussions, our professor, Dr. Burton, educated us on the world of business and COVID's lasting impacts on our economy today. Another one of my beloved courses is American Sign Language. I have taken two classes and will take two more next year. I have learned about the culture and history of the Deaf community in America. One of the coolest experiences I have had is signing with Deaf strangers on the street. They are always willing to communicate and express themselves to others. Next semester I will dive into accounting and commerce classes in hopes of being accepted to Virginia's prestigious business school.&nbsp;</p>
