At my local coffee shop, I noticed their new mobile ordering system was actually causing more morning congestion because the app only gave a generic time estimate instead of a "ready for pickup" alert. This led to everyone crowding the counter at once to check on their drinks, which stressed out both the customers and the baristas. I reached out to the manager via social media to suggest implementing a simple "order ready" status and moving the pickup area to a separate table to improve the flow. They actually took the advice, and within a week, the morning rush was much more organized and the bottleneck at the register was gone. This experience showed me how even a small, logical tweak based on observation can completely change the efficiency of a service.

I’m motivated to do these interviews because I’m always the person noticing why an app or a website feels glitchy or confusing. I like the idea of being part of the 'behind-the-scenes' process where my feedback actually helps fix those problems. It’s cool to see a company take my suggestions and turn them into a better experience for everyone else.
