MONDAY Haircare teamed up with Home From College to reach students across North America through a campus creator program, driving awareness, trial, and real connection with Gen Z consumers.

Last fall, MONDAY Haircare set out to make a lasting impression on college students across the U.S. and Canada—expanding brand awareness, driving product trial, and growing a community of loyal users. To execute this large-scale initiative, MONDAY partnered with Home From College, launching an ambassador and content creator program designed to bring the brand to life both online and on campus.

Through a strategic mix of digital and in-person activations, the program successfully placed MONDAY Haircare in the hands of thousands of students, creating an authentic connection with the next generation of beauty consumers.


Building MONDAY’s Campus Presence

To maximize reach and engagement, Home From College recruited 55 highly engaged students across universities in the U.S. and Canada, splitting them into two key roles:

🧴 Content Creators: Produced 184 pieces of organic content optimized for paid and owned brand channels, showcasing MONDAY products in haircare routines, styling hacks, and get-ready-with-me videos.

📢 Brand Ambassadors: Drove awareness and trial through on-campus sampling, UGC, and partnerships with 42 student organizations to further embed MONDAY in key student communities.
