What does your meditation and/or breathwork practice look like?
I do the chakras meditation that is also called sound healing-it more related to that..i meditate regularly and i am a pranic healer so i know the importance pf meditation how it helps us to vibrate higher…I have done alot of work on breathwork and i am a learner so basically i learn about these things everyday (this is the answer of previous question that I couldn’t give because of the website glitch- I want to say that I meditate regularly in the morning that is the seven chakras meditation)

Firstly i will make posters on how mindfulness is important in our life to kick the stress away which is already effectiving
