How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?
I have always struggled with my menstrual cycle and especially with the pain that comes with it that's why I always made sure to be educated enough on my menstrual health since I was always searching for sollution that would make me more comfortable and make it less paifull for me So I fell well educated on this matter
