In a given week, your responsibilities range from updating financial models, to scheduling with external partners, to tracking inventory movement, to prepping decks for a marketing meeting. How do you prioritize and execute when everything is urgent?

I’m a highly organized person with a clear head, even when things get busy. I thrive under pressure and know how to break down tasks quickly, focus on what moves the needle, and stay calm in fast-paced, high-stress situations. When everything feels urgent, I prioritize by impact and deadlines, and then execute with focus and flexibility

Tell us about a time when maintaining accurate data was crucial to your role. How did you ensure the data stayed clean, up to date, and aligned across systems or teams?

In my role at Vodafone Netherlands, accurate data wasn’t just important—it was the foundation of everything we did with our OTP tracking system. We had multiple teams relying on real-time insights into cost, staffing needs, and performance, so I built a workflow that made accuracy non-negotiable. I maintained structured Excel sheets with locked inputs, validation checks, and clear version control. To ensure alignment, I set up regular update check-ins via Microsoft Teams and created a shared folder system that gave everyone access to the latest files. This allowed us to collaborate seamlessly while avoiding data mismatches or outdated info.

Walk us through a time when you built or managed a complex spreadsheet system to track operational or financial data.

At my current role at Vodaofne in the Netherlands, I'm responsible for analyzing our OTP (On-Time Performance) system using Excel. I built a complex spreadsheet system that tracks costs, resource requirements, and individual team performance. It includes automated calculations, clear dashboards, and conditional formatting to highlight key issues. This tool helps us make better decisions around planning, cost control, and team efficiency
