I recently participated in a focus group with Uber where I was asked to give feedback on their marketing, what I think they’re doing well, and what trends I like as a consumer. I shared my opinions on what actually catches my attention, what feels authentic, and what makes me engage with a brand. The team was very receptive and asked follow-up questions, which made it clear my input was being used to help shape their marketing approach.

I like participating in user interviews because I genuinely enjoy giving feedback on products I already use. I LOVEEE NYT Games, so it’s fun for me to share what I like, what keeps me coming back, and ideas that could make the experience even better. It’s quick, collaborative, and feels rewarding knowing my input actually helps.
