To deepen community, add runs that prioritize connection: Conversation pace runs Miles & Mindfulness runs Story-swapping long runs where each mile has a different prompt Destination adventure runs (coffee shops, murals, parks) When people talk, they return.

Cost: Free (just one outgoing person + phone) Send a charismatic interviewer into the crowd: “What song should they NEVER play at a festival?” “Rate your fit 1–10 but your friend answers.” “What’s the most chaotic thing you’ve seen today?” Post in near-real time.
