Yope
Yope User 30 min Interview

Please share your Yope user experience.
I’ve explored Yope and what stood out to me most was how casual and real the interactions feel compared to traditional social platforms. The app feels more focused on close connections and everyday moments rather than polished content, which makes conversations feel more natural and less performative. I also liked how simple and fast the experience is, especially for sharing updates and staying connected with friends throughout the day.

How would you use these conversation cards and what would you look for to know they’re working?
I’d use the conversation cards to start more natural and engaging discussions, especially in situations where people may not know what to talk about or need help opening up. They can make conversations feel less awkward and help people connect more easily. To know they’re working, I’d look for longer, more genuine conversations, higher participation, and whether people seem more comfortable, interested, and willing to keep interacting after the prompts are used.

How do you ensure your feedback is detailed and useful?
as a former speaking trainer in the tedx gig, I make sure my feedback is specific, clear, and actionable instead of just giving general opinions. I focus on what works well, what could be improved, and why, so the person can actually use the feedback to make changes. I also try to keep it balanced and constructive, making sure it’s honest while still encouraging and helpful.
