What steps do you take to ensure thorough testing of new features?
As I wrote before, I try to force every possible outcome. For example, if I were testing a login feature, I would try to log in successfully, log in unsuccessfully, try forgot my username, try forgot my password, and finally try signing up for an account. I like to cover all possible cases of ways that the feature can be used, intended or unintended.

How do you approach identifying and reporting bugs during testing?
I test out every branch of the user workflow so that I can verify it is possible to reach every outcome the way it is intended to be reached. I also take notes of issues that might not be bugs but could improve the user experience. The goal is a smooth, efficient, and easy to use app that will engage users. Correctness is not the only criteria.

I love seeing the unique ways brands drive growth. Technology has become such a big part of our every day lives, but to reach consumers with it requires creativity. Exploring avenues of connection to consumers is challenging, and I think sales and operations is the backbone to any successful brand.
