I actually have had an experience in delivering direct and hinest feedback to senior leaders, teachers, which . i experienced this during my strategy planning session for my major project and I was tasjed with presenting an analyss.

I have always worked with tight deadlines from my college to my internships, I was working with a team or as an individual too and our work was to complete the our project within a deadline then presenting it to the stakeholders.

I recently hosted a meeting with the team from the Sparks Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing shelters for stray dogs. It was a very positive experience, and I had the opportunity to meet with the people working in that foundation.
