I would deliver mailers to off-campus student housing first, especially apartments close to campus, because many students living there make independent purchasing decisions and are actively setting up and personalizing their living spaces. Reaching them directly at their residences increases the chance the mailers are noticed and acted upon.

The tone would be calm, thoughtful, and honest, showing how MUJI products fit naturally into daily life without being overly promotional.
