What is your work experience when it comes to speaking with customers/clients (have you worked in retail, at a store-front, etc.?)
In my previous roles, I’ve had hands-on experience engaging with customers in both retail and event settings. I’ve worked directly with clients at storefronts, where I handled customer inquiries, provided product recommendations, and ensured a positive shopping experience. Additionally, I’ve hosted and assisted with events, helping customers discover products through demonstrations, providing personalized service, and maintaining an approachable, friendly demeanor to create lasting connections. I’ve also worked in fast-paced environments, managing multiple customer interactions while ensuring they felt valued and heard.

How do you approach engaging with customers at events to promote a brand?
As an Event Ambassador for Pound Cake, I would engage with customers by creating an inviting and interactive experience. I’d set up a visually appealing booth with samples of our best-selling flavors, encouraging customers to taste and share their favorites. I’d also engage them in conversation, asking about their preferences and offering personalized recommendations based on their taste profiles. To increase brand awareness, I’d encourage attendees to take photos with the product and share them on social media with a branded hashtag, offering a chance to win a prize. Additionally, I’d offer exclusive discounts or special offers for those who make a purchase at the event, creating a sense of urgency and excitement around the brand.

How would you creatively engage with Students on campus to increase brand loyalty?
To creatively engage students on campus and increase brand loyalty for Black Rifle Coffee Company, I would host interactive events like coffee tastings or barista demonstrations, allowing students to experience the brand firsthand. Additionally, I’d create a loyalty program where students earn rewards for their purchases and for referring friends, encouraging word-of-mouth promotion. Social media challenges could also be used to engage students, where they post their coffee moments with the brand's hashtags for a chance to win free products or exclusive merchandise
