what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?
A creative way I’d lead sampling is by turning it into a mini experience instead of just handing products out. On campus, I’d set up a pop-up “ColourPop break” where students can swatch, try shades with friends, and snap quick pics or videos for social media. Off campus, I’d bring samples to local coffee shops, student events, or casual meetups, and encourage people to share their looks online. Making it social and fun would help it feel natural, not like an ad.

How would you engage your audience to promote ColourPop products?
I’d engage my audience by creating fun, relatable content on social media since that’s what I enjoy most and where people already are. I like filming casual try-ons, quick reviews, and trends that feel authentic, not forced. Being on campus with other students also makes it easy to connect in real life—showing products to friends, getting honest reactions, and sharing what everyone actually likes. It feels more genuine when it comes from a student to other students.

what do you love about colourpop?
I love ColourPop because their makeup is fun, affordable, and actually good quality. The colors are always super cute and trendy, and I like that I can try new looks without feeling guilty about the price. Everything feels playful and creative, not intimidating, and I love how often they drop new collections. It makes makeup feel exciting and easy, like it’s meant to be enjoyed, not taken too seriously.
