What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me is the act of being the best version of yourself. Taking care of your mental and physical health is the top priority, but in order to take care of those you do not necessarily need to do anything extravagant. Wellness is focusing on yourself and your own aspirations. Doing things you want to and achieving what you believe is the best for you in terms of physicality and mentality. How I integrate wellness in my life is by firstly just getting up every morning and making the bed. Making your bed is a very simple task of productivity that allows you to at least have something done for yourself. I try my best to attain different sorts of knowledge and attempt to master new skills. I enjoy doing things like painting, drawing, taking walks, journaling, having a fulfilling breakfast, and indulging in all sorts of entertainment, such as music, shows, and movies. This allows me to unwind after a long day of having to use my brain. I never said anything like skydiving or changing the world, although those are cool and important things to do, I do think there are steps taken before jumping such a large fence and that is to start by being simple. Then your terms of wellness will progress for the better.
