What are the tools and / or advice that you learned as a teen that has supported you in your success?
One of the best pieces of advice I've received is to trust the process. As corny as it sounds, it's easy to get carried away and overwhelmed with all the opportunities that exist in your space. To know and to believe that you will make it to where you want to be in your career and personal life is so important because it allows you to follow what makes you feel good, rather than what may look good on your resume. Following this advice has let me take on roles I never would've seen myself doing 5 years ago just for the experience and to try something new!
