Any examples of you having good organization / communication?
One example of my strong organization and communication skills was during a group science project where I volunteered to be the team leader. I created a detailed timeline to keep everyone on track, broke down the project into smaller tasks, and made a checklist to make sure nothing was missed. I scheduled regular check-ins through group messages and video calls to make sure everyone was on the same page, answered questions, and helped resolve any confusion. Because of the structure and open communication, we stayed ahead of schedule and received great feedback on our teamwork and presentation. This experience showed me how important clear communication and planning are especially in fast-paced or collaborative environments like healthcare.
