A provider comments on our post: ‘I tried a platform like this before and got burned. Why should I trust y’all?’ Draft your response.
That’s completely understandable, and honestly, a lot of people feel cautious after bad experiences online. We’d never expect trust instantly — we believe it should be earned through transparency, communication, and consistency. Our goal is to create a platform where providers feel supported, respected, and heard, not just treated like numbers. We’re always open to feedback and committed to improving the experience for our community.

Show us one brand on TikTok or Instagram whose voice you’d want Swishvo’s to feel like, and one we should absolutely not sound like. Why?
One brand whose voice I’d want Swishvo’s to feel like is Duolingo on TikTok because their content feels relatable, modern, and engaging while still promoting their product naturally. They use humor, trends, and personality in a way that connects well with younger audiences and keeps people interested.A brand I think Swishvo should avoid sounding like is overly corporate brands that post very formal or robotic content with no personality. On platforms like TikTok and Instagram, audiences usually connect more with content that feels authentic, creative, and human rather than something that looks too promotional or scripted.
