When a digital product is a stand alone service (ie has no packaging) how can social media be used to help communicate the different benefits of using it to audiences with different reasons for using it.
Social media is a great way to approach people of different mindsets and needs. One way of approaching would be to give incentives to buy the product. For example, lowering the price of the goods and offering beneficiaries that aligns with the product's goals.
