The biggest lesson I learned was the power of authenticity—audiences respond best to genuine, relatable content. If I were to do anything differently, I’d focus more on long-term community-building, fostering deeper connections with followers rather than just one-off campaigns.

The campaign featured tutorials, product reviews, and educational posts about skincare routines.

How do you stay updated on the latest trends in the pet industry to create relevant content? -- Do you have a dog?
I stay updated on the latest trends in the pet industry by following leading pet blogs, social media accounts, and industry publications like Pet Business and The Dodo. I also engage in pet-related forums and attend webinars or expos to understand emerging products and customer interests. Unfortunately, I do not have a god but I do dog-sit my brother's dog very often.
