What's one thing about Formula Fig that made you want to apply? Be specific.
One thing about Formula Fig that really made me want to apply is how the brand blends clinical-grade results with a really elevated, design-forward experience. I love that everything—from the treatments to the packaging to the store interiors—feels modern, curated, and intentional. It doesn’t feel like a typical spa; it feels like a lifestyle. That balance of science + aesthetic really aligns with how I approach content and branding, so I immediately felt like, “Okay… this is a brand I’d be proud to represent.”

Describe how you manage your time when juggling multiple deadlines. Give a specific example
I’m really used to juggling a lot at once, so I manage my time by breaking everything into small, timed blocks and ranking tasks by urgency and impact. For example, last semester I was handling a research paper, a legal case brief, and a marketing campaign all in the same week. I mapped everything out in my Google Calendar, set mini-deadlines for each chunk, and used my breaks between classes to knock out quicker tasks like captions or outlines. Because I planned ahead, I finished the campaign early, submitted the case brief on time, and still had space to revise my research paper. For me, time management is basically staying realistic, organized, and giving each project its own lane so nothing gets chaotic.

Tell us about a time you taught yourself a new tool or skill without being asked. What was it, and how did you approach learning it?
I taught myself Canva Pro and basic motion graphics when I realized our Reiwatakiya content needed something fresher. No one told me to — I just knew we could level up. I started watching quick tutorials, studying designs I liked, and practicing by making little mock ads for fun. Within a short time, I was making animated posts we actually used, and our engagement noticeably jumped. It reminded me that when I see a gap, I instinctively teach myself whatever I need to fix it.
