Insomnia Cookies
Post-Workout Protein Cookie🍪💪

Do you live near an insomnia cookies?
Yes, I do! I actually love Insomnia Cookies and I live near the one at Insomnia Cookies. It’s super convenient for me, so I’m very familiar with the brand and the experience of picking up a warm pack of cookies. That also makes it easy for me to naturally incorporate the cookies into lifestyle content, whether it’s grabbing them after a workout, during a late-night snack run, or sharing them with friends. I live near the one in 929 w Jefferson blvd unit 1620 Los Angeles

How would you creatively showcase the protein cookies?
I would creatively showcase the protein cookies by integrating them into a relatable “post-workout routine” style videothat feels natural and lifestyle-focused rather than overly promotional. The video could start with a strong hook like, “POV: you finish your workout and need something sweet but still want protein.” It would show quick clips of finishing a workout, grabbing the warm pack of cookies, and highlighting the protein cookie as the perfect post-gym reward. I’d include close-up shots of the cookies being opened and broken apart to emphasize the texture and warmth, along with captions highlighting the 11g of protein.Another idea would be a “day in my life” format, where I show different moments throughout the day—working out, running errands, and then ending the day with the protein cookies as a snack that satisfies both a sweet craving and protein needs. This style of content feels authentic and relatable while naturally showcasing the product in a lifestyle setting that resonates with viewers on TikTok.

What’s your process for creating short-form videos that perform well?
My process for creating short-form videos that perform well starts with researching trends and understanding the audience. I look at what formats, hooks, and sounds are currently performing on TikTok and think about how they can naturally align with the brand’s message. From there, I plan a strong hook for the first 2–3 seconds, since that’s what determines whether someone keeps watching.Next, I film content that feels relatable and natural, keeping the pacing fast and the visuals clear so viewers stay engaged. During editing, I focus on quick cuts, captions, and simple storytelling to make the video easy to follow and optimized for mobile viewing. I usually edit in tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro, then finalize the post with trending sounds, captions, and relevant hashtags. After posting, I review analytics like watch time, engagement, shares, and comments to understand what resonates with the audience. I use those insights to refine future videos and continuously test new hooks, formats, and ideas to improve performance.
