Interview Questions

Campus Ambassador for Saywise Resume 2.0

What strategies would you use to gather product feedback from students?
I would gather product feedback from students through both direct conversations and simple digital methods. First, I would organize short feedback sessions after resume review workshops, where students can share what they liked, what was confusing, and what features they would improve. I would also create quick surveys using Google Forms and share them in student groups, campus communities, WhatsApp, Telegram, and LinkedIn. The survey would include simple questions about ease of use, usefulness, design, pricing, and whether they would recommend Resume 2.0 to a friend. Another strategy would be to speak directly with students from different backgrounds and academic levels, especially those applying for internships or jobs, to understand their real needs. I would also collect testimonials, common complaints, and feature requests, then organize them into clear insights for the Saywise team. Finally, I would follow up with students after they use the service to know whether it helped them improve their resume or feel more confident applying for opportunities. This would help Saywise improve the product based on real student experience.

How would you help us grow the adoption of our "Resume 2.0" service by your campus community?
I would help grow adoption of Saywise Resume 2.0 by using a mix of direct student outreach, practical demonstrations, and community engagement. First, I would promote the service through student groups, WhatsApp/Telegram communities, LinkedIn, and campus social media pages, focusing on students who are actively looking for internships, jobs, or improving their professional profiles. I would also organize small resume review sessions where students can see how Resume 2.0 helps improve their CVs in a clear and practical way. Instead of only advertising the service, I would show real examples of how it saves time, improves presentation, and increases confidence when applying for opportunities. To build trust, I would collaborate with student clubs, class representatives, and career related groups to reach more students. I would collect feedback from users, understand their needs, and share those insights with Saywise to help improve the service. My goal would be to make Resume 2.0 known as a useful, simple, and valuable tool that students naturally recommend to each other.
