What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
Youtube is my favorite streaming platform because of the wide range of videos and the personal feel it gives. I love that you can find literally any video of any genre and you yourself can also create videos. It can be used in a productive way or purely for entertainment. You can literally find anything and everything on YouTube and you feel connected to the creators of the videos and build a virtual relationship and sense of community through their videos.

Wellness is the backbone to everything in my life. When I feel good and take care of myself I am able to be my most productive self. I always make sure I take care of my mind, body, and spirit because it helps me excel in every other area of my life. Every day I always make sure I put wellness first.
