What's one thing about Formula Fig that made you want to apply? Be specific.

I love everything about marketing skincare and self-care. As a marketing girl in her 20s, I have a personal connection to promoting these products- it’s not just my skill and passion, but something I genuinely enjoy. I truly love your brand and mission, which makes marketing it feel authentic and meaningful to me.

Describe how you manage your time when juggling multiple deadlines. Give a specific example

I use multiple calendars, and every Sunday I plan out my week along with all my deadlines. I also leave room for emergency time so I can edit and meet deadlines in case any changes come up. Deadlines are extremely important in my line of work, so I prioritize them first and stay as organized as possible to make sure everything gets done.

Tell us about a time you taught yourself a new tool or skill without being asked. What was it, and how did you approach learning it?

Photography was a skill I didn’t have, but I knew I wanted to learn it. I adopted the mindset that passion beats talent, and if I wanted it badly enough, I could learn it- even if I didn’t know how at first. So that’s what I did. I practiced every day until I figured it out, and eventually people started booking with me.
