I prioritize multiple tasks under short time constraints by first quickly assessing each task’s deadline and overall impact. I focus on completing the most urgent and high-priority items first, especially those that will have the greatest effect if delayed. I also break larger tasks into smaller steps so I can make progress efficiently and stay organized. This approach helps me stay focused, manage my time effectively, and ensure that the most important work gets completed on time.

What interests me about real estate is how data can be used to better understand markets and guide decisions. As a data science student, I’m really drawn to the analytical side of the industry—things like predicting property values, identifying investment opportunities, and analyzing trends in housing demand. Real estate generates a lot of data, and I think there’s a lot of potential to use analytics and machine learning to make smarter investment and development decisions.
