Authenticity is quite simply being yourself and with that, being completely down to earth. It is showing the good and the bad while maintaining a healthy representation of yourself or something you are marketing, and not making it seem too good to be true.

I think showing that I trust the product and utilize it to its fullest will help create a trust between the customers and the company or the customers and myself.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would use it as constructive criticism and try to use their feedback to help make the product even better. It is good to gain some negative feedback so a company or product can continue to grow.
