What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is having an overall healthy balance in life- nothing too extreme. I am a strong proponent of maintaining a healthy lifestyle by partaking in yoga for my mind, going for daily walks outdoors, and eating a well balanced diet without restricting myself completely.
