I am currently an intern with Hispanics in Engineering, where I support initiatives focused on increasing representation, engagement, and success for students in STEM fields, particularly engineering. In this role, I assist with event planning, outreach efforts, and creating inclusive spaces that encourage collaboration and academic growth among members.Through this experience, I have gained exposure to STEM-focused environments, strengthened my teamwork and communication skills, and contributed to programs that support student development and retention in technical fields. This role has also allowed me to connect with peers who are passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and making an impact through engineering. In addition to this, I serve as Vice President of the Society for Human Resource Management, where I continue to build leadership and professional skills that complement my interest in technology and career development. Together, these experiences reflect my commitment to both STEM engagement and student leadership.

What college ARE you at? What clubs, events, or popular areas on your campus would be the best places to distribute samples and promote IQ Pouches?
I currently attend North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NC A&T) in Greensboro, where I am actively involved in several student organizations and campus activities. Being engaged across different groups allows me to connect with a wide range of students and identify the best spaces for promotion and sampling. Some of the most effective places to distribute IQ Pouches would be high-traffic and socially active areas on campus. The student center is a central hub where students gather between classes, making it an ideal location for visibility and quick interactions. Campus events such as organization fairs, wellness events, and student-led programs are also great opportunities because students are already open to engaging with new brands and experiences. Additionally, popular outdoor areas and common spaces where students study, relax, or socialize would allow for more casual, organic conversations while sampling.I would also leverage my involvement in organizations like CHAARG, NCAT J.E.W.E.L.S., and the Society for Human Resource Management to promote IQ Pouches during meetings, group activities, and events. These environments create a more personal and trusted setting where students feel comfortable trying new products and sharing feedback.Overall, I would focus on a mix of high-traffic locations and community-based spaces to ensure both strong visibility and meaningful engagement, helping to build genuine interest and awareness for IQ Pouches across campus.

What social media platforms do you use most to engage peers?
The social media platforms I use most to engage with my peers are Instagram, TikTok, and GroupMe. These platforms are highly active within my campus community and allow me to connect with students in different, effective ways.On Instagram, I engage through posts, stories, and interactive features like polls and Q&As, which help spark conversations and keep my audience involved. TikTok allows me to share more creative and relatable content, such as “day in the life” videos, campus experiences, and confidence-based lifestyle content that resonates with students.GroupMe is especially important for direct communication and campus engagement. Many student organizations, group chats, and campus communities rely on it to share updates, promote events, and spread information quickly. Being active on GroupMe allows me to connect with peers in real time, making it a powerful tool for sharing opportunities, creating buzz, and encouraging participation.By using this mix of platforms, I’m able to build authentic connections, reach a wide audience, and engage students in a way that feels natural and impactful.
