KÖPPEN
Content Creator for Instagram & TikTok

What techniques do you use to keep social media content engaging?
The biggest thing for me is leading with a feeling, not a feature — nobody stops scrolling for a product description, but they will stop for something that feels aspirational or weirdly relatable. For a brand like KÖPPEN, I'd lean into: Ritual-izing the routine — oral care is something everyone does, but nobody talks about beautifully. Showing it as an elevated, aesthetic part of a morning or night routine makes people think I want my routine to look like that. Specificity over hype — instead of "this product is amazing," I'd say something like "I've never thought about my gum health until this" — real, specific reactions build trust faster than enthusiasm. Visual contrast — KÖPPEN sits at the intersection of wellness, beauty, and design, so the content's look should reflect that. Clean surfaces, intentional lighting, satisfying textures. The product should feel like it belongs in an aesthetic, not a medicine cabinet. Curiosity gaps — opening with something like "your toothbrush is only doing half the job" makes people need to keep watching to find out why.

Would you recreate the nail look through DIY nails, press-ons, or a salon visit?
Definitely a salon visit for me — I'd rather leave it to a professional, especially for anything detailed or intricate. There's something about sitting down with a nail tech who just gets it that makes the whole experience worth it. And honestly, that's where Curicle fits perfectly into my routine — I use it to save inspo, nail down the exact shades I want, and show up to my appointment already knowing what I want. No more awkward "umm something like this?" while scrolling Pinterest in the chair. I come in prepared, and I actually leave with what I envisioned.

What kinds of beauty or nail content usually stop you from scrolling?
That combination is genuinely the sweet spot for me — when the artistry is wild, but the foundation is immaculate, it shows real skill. Anyone can slap on a design, but clean cuticle work tells me whoever did this actually cares. It also makes the content so much more satisfying to watch — the chaos of the art hits differently when everything underneath it is pristine. That contrast is what makes me stop, zoom in, and save it. That's honestly such a strong content angle for Curicle too — the app is built for people who take nails seriously enough to plan, match, and obsess over the details. That's exactly who appreciates that level of craft.
