In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
the most important part of dealing with a customers issue is hearing them out and handling it with empathy and understanding by putting yourself into their shoes. if someone is unkind I don't take it personally, I am an extension of the company and I am the middle man between the problem and solution so I like to do whatever I can to make that customer happy and turn a possibly negative experience for them into the most positive interaction they've ever had
