At my last job I worked as a Guest Service Representative. When you are working with customers you have to pay attention to details because you are playing a role. Whenever we would have a big event, we would have to say certain things to the customers and figure out how to respond/what to do next based off of their reactions and body language. That job and many other customers service jobs have taught me how to pay attention to detail.
