HOW CONFIDENT ARE YOU IN YOUR ABILITY TO OUTREACH AND NEGOTIATE WITH CREATORS?

Pretty confident. Outreach is basically about clarity and timing. If the pitch is clean, personal, and shows you actually know the creator’s style, they’re much more likely to respond. I’m good at getting to the point fast and making it obvious why the partnership benefits them. Negotiation doesn’t scare me either. Most creators just want transparency: what you need, what the timeline looks like, and what the payoff is. I’m comfortable talking through rates, deliverables, and expectations without making it feel transactional. The goal is to land terms that work for both sides and keep the relationship healthy so they’re open to future collaborations. So yeah, I feel solid handling bo

WHAT's YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH MAKING CONTENT?

I’ve made a lot of short-form content, mostly for brands that need things to feel personal and low-lift but still intentional.

I’m comfortable doing the whole loop: coming up with the idea, writing a quick outline, filming, cleaning up the edit, and packaging it so it lands on TikTok or Instagram without feeling forced. I pay attention to pacing, sound choice, and the first three seconds because that’s usually what decides whether someone keeps watching.

I’ve also spent plenty of time studying what performs, so even when I’m making something simple, I’m thinking about why it works and how it fits the audience.

Have you worked with creators in the past? If so, in what way?

Yeah. I’ve worked with creators in a way that lines up with what you’re asking for.

I’ve scouted talent, especially people who are already showing signs of going viral or carving out a niche. Once I spot someone who fits the vibe, I reach out with a clear pitch so they know exactly why the partnership makes sense for them.

From there, I handle the back-and-forth. That usually means talking through what the content could look like, figuring out what they’re comfortable with, and making sure the deal feels fair on both sides. Once we land on terms, I keep everything organized so the handoff to the content team is smooth and nobody’s guessing what happens next.

It’s a mix of sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and keeping creators excited about the collaboration. That’s the lane I’m comfortable in.
