Brand Marketing Intern

What excites you about BUNKY and why do you think you’re a fit for our brand voice?
What excites me about BUNKY is its playful, energetic, and fun personality—it feels fresh and relatable, especially for students and young audiences. I think I’m a great fit for your brand voice because, as a graphic design student at FAMU who’s creative and social-media savvy, I know how to translate that energy into engaging visuals, playful content, and authentic messaging that makes the brand feel both fun and approachable.

How do you make healthy or “functional” products feel aspirational instead of preachy?
To make healthy or “functional” products feel aspirational, I focus on lifestyle storytelling rather than lecturing. I’d show the product as part of a fun, vibrant routine like energizing mornings, study sessions, or social hangouts paired with bold visuals and relatable captions. Highlighting benefits through experience (glow, energy, focus) instead of “shoulds” makes it feel desirable and effortless, while playful humor or trends keeps it approachable and shareable.

What brands do you think do social media really well, and what can BUNKY learn from them?
I think brands like Starface, Glossier, and Poppi do social media really well because they know how to mix personality, authenticity, and aesthetic appeal. Their content feels fun, relatable, and community-driven rather than overly promotional. BUNKY can learn from them by leaning into a playful, consistent voice showing real people using the product, hopping on trends naturally, and keeping visuals bright and engaging. The key is to make followers feel like they’re part of the brand’s world, not just watching from the outside.
