What is your unusual passion and why should we choose your video?
I absolutely love Chuck Norris! It has become the thing I am associated with, in my family and close circle! I have blankets coloring books and a framed picture of him. His show the Walker Texas Ranger had me hooked at seven. That ginger beard and dad bod has cast a spell on me!

A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
I would thank them for letting us know while following up with a message on how to reach out to them privately. Then I would handle it directly through them and make sure to give the appropriate attention and correct our mistake.
