As I have worked in sales for multiple years now I have developed and learned how to interact with all types of people. At my last job I was selling show and concert tickets and had to know in depth information about everything I was selling, which wasn't difficult at all. There was a time where I had a customer wanting to purchase helicopter Grand Canyon tickets, but they were not too sure what exactly they will be seeing when they are in the air so I continued to explain everything about the flight and by the end of the conversation the guest left happy with their tickets.
