What would be your best hook / intro to a tiktok about sleep supplements to get viewers to watch your video?
I genuinely think for a sleep supplement less is more, I always see salesy posts for supplements and i automatically swipe. Supplement sales needs to have a personable approach. Slightly incorporating it into the video, Posting a day in my life and then talking about how i’ve gotten the best sleep of my life since using these new supplements. Or a quick captivating swipe video with different supplements I love and the benefits of each one those are super trendy on tik tok right now and definitely got all the health nuts hooked!

Do you think reviews are important when buying a product?
Of Course! I always head for the reviews before purchasing anything. This could be a new skincare product or a hotel I'm booking. Reviews are crucial in being able to determine the quality of a product, without them I think I would be wasting a lot of money on products, etc; just because I was unable to have the inside scoop from others who have already purchased it. Definitely an avid reviewer myself!
