What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness, to me, is waking up every day and making decisions that have a positive impact on my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing, so that I can navigate life in such a way that brings me peace through whatever the day may bring. I do this by going to therapy, choosing foods that love me back and keeping my body active in any way possible.
