Can you discuss a time you had to lead a project?
I was tasked to lead a debating team .We were the debating on the issue of the house prioritising national economic growth over health. My team had members who were struggling with confidence in what they can do. As the leader I motivated them to the extend that the debate went well .We won second place and i was so proud of my team putting themselves out there.
